We were contacted by Lauzon Porsche regarding a problem many of their customers have been having while racing their GT3s at Circuit Mont-Tremblant. Completely stock GT3s have been getting flagged off the track for being too loud while blasting past the sound sensors. Alex from Lauzon thought of creating a dual turn down tip that could easily be bolted on for race days. This is the result.

Luca came to us with the desire to make his 2006 M3 CS safer. We agreed a 4-point roll bar would best suit his needs. In some ways, building a 4-point in a car with an interior is more difficult than building a full cage in a completely stripped down car. We had to be very careful of the headliner, and other interior trim.

Eric came to us to have his GT35R turbo mated to his built, sleeved and ported STI motor. We custom built a fully back-purged T304 up pipe with low angle 44mm wastegate port, a matching 3.0" T304 catless downpipe and a custom 3.5" cold-air turbo inlet pipe. We retained the existing APS FMIC charge pipes and modified them to reverse the flow through the FMIC. It was a challenge to make sure the turbo would fit without interfering with the factory A/C lines, and we are very happy with the result. We will be posting videos soon, and are hoping to see 400 awhp at the end of the day.

John wanted a roll cage for his street-driven Subaru, but didn't necessarily want to render the car unpleasant for daily use. We think this 6-point roll bar is the perfect solution for someone looking for added safety, chassis stiffness, and ease of use. As with all of our FIA-Spec cages, it is built of 1.75" x .095" DOM mild steel tubing.

Agtronic Motorsport's new generation Audi S4 twin turbo kit. Based on the Garrett GT2860R turbos, the new kit features full v-band coupling for turbos, wastegates and downpipes. Installation has never been easier, or more straight forward. This gallery documents the fabrication of a complete kit.

Agtronic Motorsport fabricated this 16V Volkswagen turbo header for our good friend Daniel Tremblay. You have surely seen pictures of his famous MK2 GTI in magazines. He is removing the supercharger and installing a full T3/T04E 60 TRIM turbo kit. Look for updates on this car later this season, when we make the rest of the kit.

The infamous Guruman came back to visit for an upgraded FMIC install. We use a Vibrant 875hp core measuring 25x12x3.5". We capped off one side and ran two 2.0" tubes from each turbo into one side. John Duff sells Varex mufflers, which incorporate a remote-controlled valve that routes exhaust gasses through, or around sound baffles. The result is a muffler that can litterally be switched ON or OFF. We installed the first unit to be imported, and here is the result. Videos can be found on YouTube.

This gallery shows the creation of another 1.8T turbo kit, using a GT3076R / Tial V-band turbocharger. The customer requested that the 44mm wastegate be rerouted back into the downpipe.

Michael brought us a beautiful header made by HyTech Exhaust in the USA, and asked us to fabricate a custom exhaust. We incorporated a removable cat and test pipe combo for maximum power during track events. The car dynoed 196 WHP before this header and exhaust job and we can't wait to see how much it will put down now!

Another clean engine swap from Strasse. This MK3 Volkswagen Cabriolet features a 12V VR6 sourced from an MK4. It is slammed real low, and now it sounds the business. We fabricated a 2.5" custom exhaust from the downpipe-back, including a high-flow catalytic converter. The customer requested an OEM-style exit, which we think suits the car very well. Michel is as serious about his Audi as he is about his driving. This A4 features masterful work performed by various shops, and represents a no-nonsense approach. Agtronic Motorsport put together a special turbo kit featuring a Tial V-Banded Garrett GT3076R turbocharger, custom tubular manifold, Setrab 3.5" intercooler with custom end tanks, all aluminum intercooler piping and a 3.0" downpipe with wastegate reroute. The beauty is in the details. Look for Michel on Circuit Mont Tremblant this coming season.

Jonathan's 1987 Scirocco is exceptionally clean. The engine swap, performed by Strasse, is equally clean and very well executed. We had the pleasure of doing the intercooler install with all piping, and a custom 2.5" stainless downpipe.

Here is a great example of a nice sleeper, hanging headliner and all! The car features an AWP 1.8T swap, performed by Garage A. Laramée, in Ste-Anne-des-Plaines. Agtronic Motorsport took care of the intercooler piping. A good example of the extra steps taken to ensure a clean, rattle-free install.

Jamil's Audi TT is a 180 / Quattro. The AWD system on these vehicles makes the rear portion of the exhaust system a little bit tricky to fabricate. You have to pass under the rear subframe and make sure the system doesn't hang too low. It is also difficult to clear the main driveshaft. Please click here to see a video of Jamil's car.

Here is a downpipe on a Mazda Protege MazdaSpeed. Flange had to be made custom, and the tubing had to be shaped to fit.

Here is a custom 3.0 inch exhaust on an Audi TT. The system features a high flow cat, single 3.0 Magnaflow muffler, and v-band connections.

We show you the steps we take to fabricate a tubular manifold for a Volkswagen 1.8T. This particular unit required some design changes because the motor was fitted to a MK3 chassis, with the rear engine mount.
